I am the broker/owner of American Dream Realty plus one of the guys that started Real Geeks along with my friend Kevin. I was using another company that didn’t fulfill their agreement and got caught lying by my board about the solution they were suppose integrate for me and did not.  So I decided to start my own IDX real estate web site company to provide a better solution for real estate agents across the country.

Real Geeks powers my Oahu real estate company IDX search, interactive map search, and lead management system.  The lead management system has automated the whole process with the Geographic Round Robin assigning feature. We even now have the ability to set the system to re-assign the lead to another agent if they do not follow up in a specific set time. Our agents love the ability to schedule follow ups, add notes, view all the users search behavior and even save multiple searches for the clients that are not that new savvy.

One of the first sites in a different market we will be doing is Bob’s San Diego real estate site.
