I’m Sandy Curtis of Berkshire Hathaway home services in Hagerstown, MD. I’ve been using Real Geeks for over a decade and have consistently enjoyed all its different features. It has grown quite a bit over the years since I transitioned over to the platform and its excellent CRM gives me no reason to look for other programs that will do the same job. Here’s my Real Geeks review.

What I Love About Real Geeks

I love how Real Geeks updates more frequently than other websites in the industry. It directly pulls off of our multiple listing systems, confirming that the information it uses and presents is correct. Whenever someone reaches out to us after browsing our site, we know that the property they’re asking about is an actual active listing.

In my experience with other websites, we would get a lot of inquiries on homes that weren’t even on the market. Sometimes, the properties they’d ask about hadn’t been on the market for over a year. Other websites just stick with the information about previous listings and don’t update it.

How Real Geeks Helps With Our Pay-per-clicks

Recently, we signed up with Real Geeks to do pay-per-click campaigns. Although we only do the minimum that we can, we still average about 34 leads monthly with the basic plan that we signed up for.

Real Geeks filters all the leads through the website and then we get notifications immediately. If a potential lead sets up searches or favorites a property, we know when to reach out to them and let them know that there is a house that they might be interested in.

How Real Geeks Helps With Leads

Real Geeks has a powerful filtering system. The way it filters the leads ensures that they don’t all come to me to have to assign them to agents on my team. Instead, I can have Matt, who is my buyer agent, handle it through the platform. Whenever a buyer registers on our website, Matt gets notifications about a new buyer lead. He can reach out to that buyer within minutes of getting notified.

I used to pay for other leads on websites like Zillow or Realtor.com, but the amount and quality of leads that we got through them just didn’t meet my standards. So, signing up for leads through Real Geeks has been great. The leads we get are actual people who are looking for homes under the criteria that we set up on the ads.

Final Thoughts

I would recommend Real Geeks to any realtor. It gives you the platform that you need to run a successful operation. It has a CRM, search features for buyers, and filters to help you know who is likely to convert.

Real Geeks has automated a lot of our work and it gives us the most for the work that we do. We get to save time, effort, and energy while we watch and wait for clients to come around and close.
