My History With Real Geeks

I’ve been with Real Geeks since October 2010. The Dinnena Group is a resort and destination market operating mainly in retirement communities. We have over 55 communities with at least 9,000 homes in them.

Many retirees come down and move to these communities for our beach and golf scene. A lot of people also buy second homes, vacation homes, and investment properties to maximize their experience in our communities.

What I Love About Real Geeks

I love the whole concept of Real Geeks. They meant for it to be a user-friendly real estate software and that’s exactly what it is. All I need to do is to direct people to our website and then it identifies which potential leads would drive business.

Real Geeks is also extremely easy to use. It has a simple and straightforward interface, which is fantastic for the consumer and agents. Many users from our site who were already committed to another agent told us that they hoped we didn’t mind if they used our site because they loved how easy it was to use.

How I Use Real Geeks

Real Geeks software has tools that make our drip campaigns easier. We let clients use our website as usual and we can identify which ones are hot. If some agents don’t secure them, my team of 11 agents can take over after I feed them the leads.

Now, all my agents have individual systems that suit their style. I help them integrate their system with the Real Geeks software to simplify their operations. This way, they can follow up on their leads comfortably.

We don’t call leads to sell them a house. Instead, we call and say that we know they’re on the site and we’re always available to answer their questions. Our goal is to reassure them that they’re finding the right properties and they can get the information they need.

We understand that most leads are unfamiliar with the area and they may not find some gated communities appealing. We’re here to clarify everything and be there when they have questions. Once the time comes that they want to look at something, the property drip campaigns and regular alerts do the work for us. We just have to follow up on the leads.

Final Thoughts

Real Geeks simplified my work and I’m sure it can do the same for you. I’ve been with them for over a decade and managing my properties has never been easier. Perhaps the best part about everything it offers is how we can immediately connect with leads and resolve their concerns without complicating matters.

The platform is also extremely customizable, which is an asset if you have several agents. Everyone will have an approach that works for them and, as long as they are productive, you can’t really push a single method. Real Geeks can seamlessly integrate into your specific system.
