November brought a wave of long-awaited improvements, powerful new features, and meaningful quality-of-life updates across the Real Geeks platform. Here’s everything our team shipped this month to help you work faster, follow up confidently, and stay on top of your leads — wherever you are.

Dialer Is Now Live for All Clients

Released: November 4

The day finally arrived — our brand-new Real Geeks Dialer is officially live for every customer. 🎉

This has been one of our most requested features, and we’re incredibly excited to get it into your hands. With the Dialer, agents can:

• Make outbound calls directly inside the CRM
• Log conversations automatically
• Move faster between leads
• Keep follow-up organized and connected to every next action

Mobile App 12.0.0 — New Major Release

Released: November 14

The Real Geeks App got a big technical upgrade this month with version 12.0.0, moving from Expo SDK 52 to 54 for better performance and stability across both iOS and Android.

12.0.1 — Day One Patch

• Addressed multiple FNF vulnerability tickets

• Improved overall app stability

12.0.2 — Edit Lead Fix

• Resolved an issue where certain paths couldn’t open the “Edit Lead” screen

12.0.3 — Lead Screen Swipe Fix (Android)

• Fixed an issue where the lead details screen swiped to the next lead without any user action

Snooze Button + Online Now

COMING SOON: Scheduled Early December 2025

A highly requested CRM improvement is on the way — the Snooze button arrives in the Lead Feed this December.

Here’s what’s coming:

• Snooze a Lead Without Losing Track
  Agents can snooze a lead for a specific duration and optionally schedule a Follow-Up reminder at the same time.
• Release to Pond Option
  If the lead isn’t a fit, agents can release them into a Pond for someone else to work — right from the Lead Feed.
• New “Snoozed” Activity & Filters
  Each snoozed lead creates a timestamped activity in the timeline, plus a brand-new Advanced Filter on the Leads List to help agents and admins find them instantly.
• “Online Now” Status
  Lead cards in the Lead Feed will also begin displaying real-time online activity — giving agents a stronger signal for when to jump in and start a conversation.
