Geek Verified Leads — Now Live

Released: February 9

Adds phone verification to new registrations on your website.

What’s included:

• SMS verification at signup to confirm valid phone numbers

• Verification badges shown across Lead Manager, Lead Lists, and Lead Feed

• Filtering by verification status inside the CRM

• Content gating that encourages verification (limited listing photos until verified)

• Optional skip to maintain conversion while still prompting verification

What to expect:

Most new leads are now coming in with verified phone numbers. In testing, nearly two-thirds of leads completed verification, with very low failure rates—so you can trust what you’re seeing.

You’ll start seeing verification status as leads come in, making it easier to prioritize your follow-up right away.

Digital Business Card — New

Released: February 17

A simple, shareable page for agents to send contact info, links, and a quick intro.

What’s included:

• Photo and short intro section

• One-tap contact saving on iOS and Android

• QR code for easy sharing

• Basic branding options (colors and logo)

You can create and share your card in minutes, whether you’re connecting with new prospects or following up after a conversation.

Lead Source Improvements — Live

Released: February 23

Updated naming for managed marketing leads in your CRM.

What’s included:

• New lead source labels like:

  • RG Google

  • RG Facebook

  • RG Bing

What to expect:

New leads will follow this updated naming automatically. If you have workflows tied to older source names, you may want to review and update them. Be sure to read the dedicated post for even more details on this update.

A2P Registration Updates — Mexico Requirement

Released: February 13

Updates to A2P 10DLC submission requirements for certain users.

What's included:

• New form fields for Mexico-based clients requesting a business registration number

What to expect:

If you submit A2P registration for a Mexico-based business, you’ll now be asked for additional information to meet updated requirements.
