This month was all about taking action.

With the first release of Marketing Studio, you can now create and launch marketing directly from your CRM. Alongside that, we rolled out updates to improve visibility, reporting, and everyday workflows across the platform.

Here’s what shipped in April 2026:

Design & Print Studio — Live

Released: April 8

The first release of Marketing Studio is available now.

Design & Print gives you a simple way to create and send marketing materials directly from your CRM.

What’s included:

• Postcards, flyers, social media graphics, and more

• Drag-and-drop editor for quick customization

• Geo-farming with map-based targeting and filters

• Seamless access from inside your CRM (no extra logins)

• Self-service billing so any agent can use it

What to expect:

Terms & Conditions Update — Live

Released: April 22

We’ve updated how users accept Terms & Conditions inside the CRM.

What’s included:

• Required acceptance before continuing in the CRM

• New users will see this on first login

What to expect:

This ensures all users are aligned with the latest terms moving forward.

Mobile App Update (v12.1.0) — Live

Released: April 23

Updates to help you manage leads more clearly on the go.

What’s included:

• Geek Verified status now visible in lead lists and details

• Option to lock or unlock website access for a lead

• General bug fixes and improvements

What to expect:

Better visibility into lead quality and more control right from your phone.

Website Editor Update — Live

Released: April 28

Small improvements based on feedback.

What's included:

• Quick link back to Lead Manager from the editor

• Updated support content

What to expect:

Faster navigation and a cleaner editing experience.

Source MLS Badge — Live

Released: April 28

Support for a new MLS requirement focused on transparency and data attribution.

What's included:

• Source MLS badge displayed on listings when available

• Automatically appears with listing data

What to expect:

This helps reinforce trust with consumers and aligns with evolving MLS standards.
