Real Geeks Review: Jason Simard of Sims Real Estate & Coaching

A Unique Origin Story

Jason's journey in real estate is quite unique.

He used to work for Real Estate Webmasters, a company that sold website & marketing services to agents, much like Real Geeks.

And though they were good at what they did, Real Geeks kept outperforming, time and time again.

"It was the one competitor that we could not overcome. They just had a better product." he shares.

The two main features he highlights, which were especially hard to beat, were Real Geeks websites' unmatched SEO optimization, and how cost-effective the platform was.

So, after much consideration, Jason decided to make the switch: he quit Real Estate Webmasters, and started his own real estate agency.

That's how SIMS Real Estate Group was born, and as soon as it started, Jason knew he had to partner with his old competitor.

From the very beginning, SIMS used the Real Geeks platform to capture leads and grow his team.

Overnight Success

"I knew all the technology players for real estate, and for me there was a clear standout – and it was Real Geeks," says Jason.

And as far as SIMS Group's success goes, he wasn't wrong.

"I had consistent leads every single day, every single week, every single month."

In its first year in business, the company did 135 home sales.

"The system was so user-friendly that we could easily scale up agents and replicate the results I was having."

So in its second year, SIMS Group did 205 home sales.

And now, 7 years later, they're about to close the year at 450 sales.

"200 of these sales come directly from the marketing we do with Real Geeks. It's the only technology platform we've used for the last 7 years – it's that good."

And for Jason, the growth doesn't stop there.

He has a very clear goal in mind: by 2025, he wants to do over 1,000 transactions.

His team is #1 in Vancouver Island. His team is #1 in British Columbia.

He wants it to be #1 in Canada.

Paying it Forward

With now 22 agents running the show, Jason decided to expand and start a second business based on his core belief: paying it forward.

As a guy who was once flat broke and anxious about where his next paycheck was going to come from, he is now determined to help others find financial freedom through real estate.

With SIMS Coaching Systems Jason teaches other agents the same fundamentals he's built in his real estate practice.

"I get to help hundreds of other families now," he says, and it's his proudest achievement.

The way Jason sees it, the real estate industry has done so much for him – and we're talking over seven figures every year – that it's time for him to give back.

Why You Should (& Shouldn't) Get a Real Estate Website

Jason doesn't think everyone should have a real estate website.

Especially if you're looking to use it as an online business card.

If, on the other hand, you want to "monetize the internet" as he puts it, and you want to scale a business – this is where Real Geeks shines.

Just take a look at what's included in the platform: the ability to design custom lead capture forms, home valuation tools, market report landing pages.

Real Geeks is designed to be used for generating prospects.

And as someone who's work used to be to keep up with all of the real estate technology providers, Jason knows the stats for every single company.

"I've done the research, and I can tell you, you won't find an overall, pound for pound better solution. For anyone that's evaluating a technology partner, Real Geeks is number one."
