Small improvements and quality-of-life updates to help you manage leads and work more efficiently throughout the day.

Every month, we make updates across the Real Geeks platform to help improve everyday workflows, reduce friction, and keep your business running smoothly.

This month's updates include more flexibility for teams working across multiple markets, improved reporting tools, and a few platform updates behind the scenes.

Here's what shipped in May.

 

Preferred Outbound CRM Numbers — Live

Released: May 11

Agents can now select their preferred outbound number from the CRM numbers reserved by their company.

What's included:

  • Agent-level preferred outbound number selection

  • Support for companies with multiple reserved CRM numbers

  • Calls and texts to assigned leads will use the selected outbound number

What to expect:

Teams operating in multiple markets can now give agents greater control over which local area code appears when communicating with leads. This helps create a more localized experience while maintaining flexibility across larger service areas.

 

Sortable eBlast Reporting

Released: May 28

We've added sorting functionality to the View Details table for sent eBlasts.

What's included:

  • Sortable column headers within eblast reporting

  • Faster access to engagement data

  • Improved visibility into campaign performance

What to expect:

Finding the information you're looking for is now quicker and easier. Sort by available columns to review engagement data and analyze campaign performance with less manual searching.

 

Integration Name Updates

Released: May 5

We've updated several integration names throughout the platform to reflect current company branding.

What's included:

  • Bold Leads updated to Propertybase

  • Agentology updated to Verse.io

  • InfusionSoft updated to Keap

  • LionDesk updated to Lone Wolf Relationships

What to expect:

These updates improve consistency across the platform and ensure integration names match the branding used by each provider today. No action is required.
