Released: May 11
Agents can now select their preferred outbound number from the CRM numbers reserved by their company.
What's included:
Agent-level preferred outbound number selection
Support for companies with multiple reserved CRM numbers
Calls and texts to assigned leads will use the selected outbound number
What to expect:
Teams operating in multiple markets can now give agents greater control over which local area code appears when communicating with leads. This helps create a more localized experience while maintaining flexibility across larger service areas.

We've added sorting functionality to the View Details table for sent eBlasts.

Finding the information you're looking for is now quicker and easier. Sort by available columns to review engagement data and analyze campaign performance with less manual searching.

We've updated several integration names throughout the platform to reflect current company branding.

Agentology updated to Verse.io
InfusionSoft updated to Keap
LionDesk updated to Lone Wolf Relationships
