March 2026

Maintenance & Quality Updates

Small updates and search enhancements to improve how leads are found and managed.

March included a mix of search improvements and behind-the-scenes updates that help you find better listings and work leads more effectively.

Larger feature releases are shared separately through email and on the Product Updates blog.

Here’s what shipped this month.

AI Search — Beta Now Available

Released: March 11 (Limited Access Beta), March 24 (Full Beta)

Adds natural language search criteria when building searches.

What’s included:

  • Type search criteria in plain language when creating pages or saved searches

  • Works across home pages, content pages, and saved searches

  • Now available to all customers (beta)

What to expect:

You can describe what you’re looking for instead of building filters manually. This makes it faster to create targeted searches, especially for more specific criteria.

Keyword Search Expansion — Live

Released: March 12

Real Geeks Website Typeahead Search now includes listing descriptions in addition to standard MLS fields.

What’s included:

  • Keyword search picks up terms inside listing descriptions

  • Typeahead still prioritizes known locations and fields

  • Fallback keyword search runs when no structured match is found

What to expect:

Searches can now surface listings that may have been missed due to incomplete MLS data, helping you capture more niche opportunities.

Footer Logo Update — Live

Released: March 23

Updated Real Geeks logo across all consumer-facing websites.

What’s included:

  • Refreshed logo now displayed in site footers

What to expect:

No action needed. This update ensures consistency across all sites.

Lead Quality Signals — Google Ads Update

Released: March 26

Improved tracking to send stronger lead quality signals back to Google.

What's included:

  • Verified lead signals now feed into ad tracking automatically

  • Applies to managed marketing campaigns

What to expect:

This helps improve lead quality over time by reinforcing which leads are more likely to be valid and reachable.
