Released: Thursday, June 5
You can now link Workflows together. This means you can move leads from one campaign into another automatically — giving you more flexibility to nurture over the short and long term without manual handoffs.
Here’s how agents are using it:
Source-Based Campaigns: Send leads from Facebook, Google, or niche sources into personalized campaigns, then move them all into a long-term nurture Workflow.
Ongoing Engagement: Break your follow-up into phases — two weeks, three months, a year — and connect them for seamless automation.
One-Click Reuse: Recycle your favorite sequences across multiple Workflows without rebuilding them every time.
Released: Wednesday, June 18
To help improve lead quality, U.S. and Canadian phone numbers are now validated at registration. Invalid numbers can’t be submitted.
Exceptions:
Sites with a high volume of international leads (e.g., Mexico, Guam, Hawaii) are excluded.
This update means fewer fake leads and more qualified conversations.
Released: Wednesday, June 25
CRM access will now be paused after 3 failed payment attempts (previously 4).
