December focused on the details that make Real Geeks more reliable, compliant, and easier to work in every day. From long-awaited Lead Feed improvements to important AI compliance updates and mobile app fixes, here’s what shipped this month.
This post covers the supporting upgrades that keep everything running cleanly. Major new features still get their own announcements, be sure to check your inbox and/or our Product Updates blog for those.
Released: December 2
The improvements we teased last month are now live in the Lead Feed.
What’s new:
These two features work together to help agents prioritize the right conversations and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
Released: December 2
To comply with new state regulations, Robin (Geek AI) will now clearly identify itself as an AI assistant when contacting certain leads.
This change applies when:
A lead has a phone number with an area code from California, Colorado, Maine, New Jersey, or Utah.
OR
The agent is located in one of those states.
What changed:
Robin’s first message now starts with
“Hi {name}, it’s Robin, your AI assistant here to help…”
Only the introduction changes — how Robin qualifies, nurtures, and hands off leads stays the same.
When this goes live:
This keeps Real Geeks and its customers compliant without disrupting lead flow.
Released: December 4
This patch focused on stability and usability for Android users.
