Most real estate markets, at least in the consumer’s mind, can be characterized by peak and off-peak. In calendar terms, October through March are off-peak. The fall market creates a higher need to build urgency and the advantages of purchasing and selling in off-market times. If you can build more urgency and drive more production into the off-peak months, you’ll increase sales and revenue, remove low sales months, balance your cash flow and fixed expenses, save more money, and ultimately, have more wealth.
